Accessible seats
Sales of seats reserved for the disabled persons will start on 15 December 2023.
Disabled guests and their personal assistants can purchase tickets for the Nitto ATP Finals 2024 at a reduced price dedicated to them, subject to availability. The benefits are reserved for the disabled with a minimum disability of 74% and for the severely disabled. For each session, each disabled person can purchase a maximum of one ticket for themselves and one ticket for an accompanying person.
An adequate, but necessarily limited number of seats will be available for each session.
How to book your ticket online
STEP 1 – Registration
Every user must log in. Registration must be made in the name of the disabled person. For children under 18 years of age, please register in the name of the person acting on their behalf and indicate the name of the disabled person in the appropriate field.
- click on “Login” and the on New User
- fill all the fields in, accept the policy on personal data treatment and click on “Registration”
- Log in.
Select the session of your choice. A banner at the top of the page, will address the User to buy the tickets with special rates for Disabled People and their Accompanying Persons in the sectors reserved to them. Choose your preferred seats, add them to the card and complete the purchase with your Credit Card. The tickets will be sent to the email address specified during the registration.
STEP 2 - Rules to access the venue and documentation
On the day of the event, if requested every user must show the relevant documentation confirming the disability. This documentation must be produced at the entrance and at each ticket request, or the person will be denied entry or removed from the facility.
