Sales of seats reserved for people with disabilities have started on 24 November 2025 at 16:00

Spectators with disabilities (disability greater than 74% or a certified severe handicap at the time of purchase and entry) can purchase tickets for the Nitto ATP Finals 2026 at approximately a 50% discount, while dedicated seats last.

For each session, reserved seats are available but limited. Each person with a disability may purchase one ticket for themselves and one for their companion.

For the 2026 edition, the purchase of the ticket for the person with a disability must be paired with the companion's ticket: they cannot be bought separately. The price paid includes both tickets.

Purchases are possible only online, through our official website, by following the instructions shown below.

How to purchase online

STEP 1 - Registration

Registration is mandatory for every user. It must be completed in the name of the person with a disability. For minors under 18, register in the name of the legal guardian.

NOTE. After purchase, tickets will be sent to the same email used during registration.

1. Click the "Login" button and then "New customer?".
2. Fill in all required fields. Tick the box to accept the data processing policies and click "Register".
3. Log in.
4. Select the "People with disabilities" option and choose the type of purchase (ambulatory or non-ambulatory).
5. Select the session you are interested in. (If you want to leave the reserved section, click the appropriate link in the banner at the top of the page and return to the general sale of Central Court sessions).
6. Add 2 tickets to the cart and complete the purchase using the payment methods available on the site.

Tickets for non-ambulatory people with disabilities

• The ticket for the person with a disability will show Row and Space, indicated by a number and a letter. Example: Row 15 – Space B
• The companion's ticket will show Row and Seat, also with a letter. The companion will have the letter A. Example: Row 15 – Seat 35A

Tickets for ambulatory people with disabilities

• The ticket for the person with a disability will be identifiable because, after the seat number, it will have the letter D. Example: Row 15 – Seat 1D
• The companion's ticket will instead have the letter A. Example: Row 15 – Seat 2A

STEP 2 - Entry rules and documentation

On the day of the event, the purchaser will be required to present documentation proving the actual disability upon request by the controllers.

Such documentation must be shown at the entrance and at any ticket check; failure to produce it may result in denied entry or removal from the venue.

Companions holding the related ticket must necessarily enter the venue together with the person with a disability they are accompanying, who must be in possession of the corresponding ticket; otherwise entry may be denied and the persons may be removed from the venue.
